학사 규정 (School Regulations)
1. 수업 출석, 조퇴, 결석, 하교
(1) 모든 학생은 수업시간 시작 전에 교실에 참석하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 보호자분은 예배당 입구에 비치된 sign in (등교 확인란) 에 서명해 주십시오. 서명을 하지 않으셨을 경우, 학생이 교실에 입실하지 않아도 학교측에서는 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.
(2) 조퇴가 필요한 경우 학부모/보호자가 학급 담임 교사의 승인을 받은 뒤 귀가 조치 합니다.
(3) 결석할 경우 담임 교사에게 전화, 이메일, 문자 메시지 등을 통해 미리 연락하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
(4) 학생 하교시에 sign out 에 서명해 주십시오.
2. 수강 등록 및 수업료
(1) 수강 등록은 매 학기 공지하는 수강신청 등록기간에 등록하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
(2) 환불: 수업 시작 2주 전까지 환불 가능합니다.
(3) 크레딧: 환불 기간 이후 부터 수업 시작일 전까지 수강을 취소하실 경우 크레딧을 적용해드립니다.
(3) 학기가 시작된날부터는 환불이나 크레딧 적용이 되지 않습니다.
(3) 단, 건강상의 부득이한 경우에는 교감과 상담후 처리해 드립니다.
3. 사고의 책임
(1) 학생이 학교의 건물이나 기기를 파손했을 경우, 혹은 다른 학생에게 상해를 입힌 경우 가해 학생의 학부모/보호자가 책임지고 합의 혹은 보상합니다.
(2) 위의 학생이 에브리데이교회 한국학교 수업에 참여하는 동안의 학생에게 일어날지 모르는 어떤 부상, 상해등에 대해 에브리데이교회 한국학교에 모든 책임을 묻지 않습니다
(3) 부상이나 병이 발생할 경우, 에브리데이교회 한국학교 스태프에 필요한 응급 조치를 취하도록 허락하고, 그에 따른 책임을 묻지 않습니다.
4. 초상권 사용
(1) 본 학교에 등록하는 학생은 입학과 동시에 교회 웹사이트, 포스터, 비디오 등 다양한 미디어에 얼굴과 이름이 게시될 수 있음을 알려드립니다. 사진이나 개인 정보는 학교 행사를 포함한 모든 교육 관련 활동에만 사용되며 다른 용도로는 일체 사용되지 않습니다.
5. 복장
(1) LAUSD 학생 복장과 동일하게 적용하며 어린아이들을 화장실 사용이 편리한 옷을 권장합니다.
(2) 단정하고 안전한 복장을 갖추도록 하여주십시오.
6. 휴대폰사용 및 개인 물품 소지
(1) 학교 수업동안 휴대폰 사용을 금합니다. 허락없이 사용시 처음에는 경고, 두번째는 담임 선생님이 보관하고 하교시에 부모님이 찾아가셔야 합니다.
(2) 장난감, 전자게임기 등 학교에 가져오기에 부적절한 물품을 금지합니다.
(3) 금지된 물품이 분실 되거나 파손 될경우, 학교에서는 책임지지 않습니다.
7. 음식물 관련
(1) 음식물 알러지가 있는 학생은 미리 알러지 종류와 증상, 처치법 등을 알려주십시오.
(2) 예배당에는 음료수, 스낵 등 음식물 반입을 금합니다.

1. Attendance, Early Dismissal, Absence, and Dismissal Procedures
(1) All students are expected to be in their classroom before the start of class. Parents/guardians must sign the sign-in sheet located at the sanctuary entrance. If the sign-in is not completed, the school will not be held responsible even if the student does not arrive in the classroom.
(2) If a student needs to leave early, the parent/guardian must receive approval from the classroom teacher before taking the student home.
(3) If a student will be absent, the parent/guardian must inform the teacher in advance by phone, email, or text message.
(4) Please sign the sign-out sheet when picking up your child after school.
2. Registration and Tuition
(1) Course registration must be completed during the designated registration period announced each semester.
(2) Refunds: Full refunds are available up to two weeks before the first day of class.
(3) Credit: If you cancel after the refund period but before the start of classes, a tuition credit may be issued.
(4) No refunds or credits will be issued after the first day of the semester.
(5) In the case of serious health issues, exceptions may be made after consulting with the Vice Principal.
3. Liability
(1) If a student damages school property or injures another student, the parent/guardian of the student at fault is fully responsible for resolving the matter and providing compensation.
(2) Everyday Church Korean School is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur while students are participating in school activities.
(3) In the case of illness or injury, parents/guardians authorize the school staff to administer appropriate emergency care and do not hold the school responsible for any resulting consequences.
4. Use of Student Likeness (Portrait Rights)
(1) Upon registration, students may appear in media such as the church website, posters, or videos. Photos and student information will only be used for school-related educational activities and will not be used for any other purpose.
5. Dress Code
(1) The school follows the LAUSD dress code. Young children are encouraged to wear clothing that is easy to manage for restroom use.
(2) Please help your child wear clean, appropriate, and safe clothing.
6. Use of Cell Phones and Personal Belongings
(1) Cell phone use is not allowed during class. Unauthorized use will result in a warning for the first offense. For the second offense, the teacher will keep the phone, and it must be picked up by a parent at dismissal.
(2) Toys, electronic games, and other inappropriate items should not be brought to school.
(3) The school is not responsible for lost or damaged prohibited items.
7. Food and Allergies
(1) If your child has any food allergies, please inform the school in advance of the type, symptoms, and necessary treatment.
(2) No food or drink (including snacks and beverages) is allowed inside the sanctuary.

(1) Disrespectful language or behavior, damage to church property, or physical fighting may result in suspension from class. Students are expected to treat each other with respect and show courtesy to teachers and school staff.
